To get married in the Church, please follow the steps outlined below at least 8 months before the wedding date:

1. Baptism Certificate

Obtain an updated baptism certificate that is no more than 6 months old. Therefore, you or a family member must contact the parish where you were baptized and request a new copy of your baptism certificate.

If you have not been baptized yet, or if you have not made your First Communion or received Confirmation, please notify the priest as soon as possible so that you can complete the required classes.

2. Interview with the Priest

Call the office at 501-565-9198 or email office@stclr.org to schedule an appointment.

3. Marriage Preparation Classes

After your interview with the priest, you will be informed about the marriage preparation classes.

Para casarse por la Iglesia por favor seguir los siguientes pasos por lo menos 8 meses antes de la fecha de boda:

1. Certificado de Bautismo

Obtenga un certificado de bautismo actualizado que no tenga más de 6 meses de antigüedad. Por lo tanto, usted o un miembro de su familia deberán comunicarse con la parroquia donde fue bautizado y solicitar una nueva copia de su certificado de bautismo.

Si aún no ha sido bautizado, o si no ha recibido su Primera Comunión o Confirmación, notifíquelo al sacerdote lo antes posible para que pueda completar las clases requeridas.

2. Entrevista con el Sacerdote

Llame a la oficina al 501-565-9198 o envíe un correo electrónico a office@stclr.org para agendar su cita.

3. Pláticas Matrimoniales

Después de la entrevista con el sacerdote, se le informará sobre las pláticas o la preparación matrimonial.
