Last Thursday, our parish entered into the Sacred Triduum with a deeply moving celebration of Holy Thursday, commemorating the night Jesus gave us two of His greatest gifts: the Eucharist and the example of humble service.
At the Last Supper, Jesus offered His Body and Blood, saying, “Do this in memory of me.” In that moment, He gave us the gift of the Holy Eucharist, a sign of His everlasting presence and love.
We also remembered how Jesus washed the feet of His disciples, showing us that to follow Him means to serve others with humility and love.
At St. Theresa, we came together as a community to celebrate the Mass of the Lord’s Supper, followed by a time of quiet adoration, staying close to Jesus as He entered His Passion.
As we continue to reflect on the mysteries of Holy Week and the Resurrection, may we live each day with gratitude for the Eucharist and the call to love one another through service.
“As I have loved you, so you also should love one another.” – John 13:34
